Mushroom Internet were the only company to fully meet the specification requirements, and the only company to propose other ideas that would both improve the functionality, and reduce our own costs. They also came up with flexible payment options to help our cash flow – which helped the project proceed. The visual design went remarkably smoothly, bearing in mind we had an internal committee to review and approve. Mushroom were happy to incorporate design ideas and changes without extra cost. The development went smoothly apart from a member data base hitch at the launch (not Mushroom’s fault), which was resolved. Importantly, the project came in on budget, even though there were a few minor specification changes as we went along. I know from the other bids, that even minor tweaks would have been subject to price increases. Since launch, the membership has been very happy with the sites. Their phone support has been excellent as we encounter the usual questions. Site additions get costed by Mushroom and we decide whether to go ahead or not. Overall I would strongly recommend Mushroom Internet as a flexible, creative and cost competitive web development company, particularly if you are looking for something beyond a normal standard website.
