IIM's new website went live earlier today. I am delighted. I would like to commend Ben's hard work and I'm sure Tom behind the scenes but Ben has been particularly supportive. I'm not saying I ever doubted we would get here - but the journey has been interesting.I have to recognise that 'proper project management' of a website build didn't happen in the conventional way.That's no criticism simply a recognition that the build was iterative. I built a ton of content and Ben did the widgets.
I'm a happy camper today.
